Proven is a strong alkaline eco-detergent, designed for manual cold cleaning of professional ovens and grills. It easily removes grease and burnt deposits, and restores the natural shine of surfaces. It has increased adhesion to vertical surfaces due to its viscosity. It is suitable for surfaces that come into contact with food.

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF USE:
- MANUAL APPLICATION
- Apply the product undiluted to the surface to be cleaned. The surface should not be hot, 20 - 30°C max.
- Turn on the oven and set it to dry mode, 45-70°C max. Leave it to act for 10 min.
- If necessary, remove residue with a sponge.
- Switch to steam mode for 5 minutes
- Rinse/clean with a clean damp cloth
